2005 - Project Start

Between TEC de Monterrey and Naturkost Ubelhor

2012 - Own Facility

Opening of own processing facility

2013 - ISO 22000:2005

First processing facility ISO 22000:2005, worldwide certified exclusively for chia cleaning.

2015 - Level Up

Opening of second warehouse. First export for Asian market.

2021 - Improving Facilities

We started operations of the RF pasteurization process and opening co-packing facilities.

2022 - State Award

Pro – Integrity Companies Distinction.

KILL STEP = PASTEURIZATION

Is a process to which an ingredient or product is subjected to reduce the microbial and pathogenic loadin order to provide food safety and ensure food safety.

CO-PACKING

Our co-packing Service is done in a clean room, an área specially built for manufacturing the product to be packed in retail (CPG).

This room was built with all the food grade standards, such as temperature control, smooth surfaces, mantainance, air flow, and a strict control exclusively for the staff involved in this procees.
